14 calendar days
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order at home to request a return. It is your right and, to us, the very least.

How to request it
Write to us through the contact page with your order number and the reason. We will reply within 48 hours with the steps to follow.

Return shipping
The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.
Conditions for returns
- The item must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed.
- It must keep the original packaging in which it was delivered.
- Returns of items that have been used or washed cannot be accepted.
- The maximum period to request a return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
