14 calendar days
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order at home to request a return. It is your right and, to us, the very least.

How to request it
Write to us at hola@arsmensae.com with your order number. No return is accepted without prior authorisation: we will reply within 48 hours with the return address and the steps to follow.

Return shipping
For returns under the right of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 10 business days.
Conditions for returns
- The item must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed.
- It must keep the original packaging in which it was delivered.
- The maximum period to request a return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
